Engineering contribution
The scope covers MVP architecture, workflow planning, a data model, permissions, reporting, and recovery requirements. My contribution focused on architecture and planning.
Architecture priorities
- Company-level separation through tenant-isolated databases.

Why the planning matters
The value of an architecture phase is making boundaries and decisions explicit before implementation. Data ownership, access control, and recovery behavior affect the whole product and deserve attention before individual screens are built.
